Are you considering upgrading from HTTP to HTTPS? Apparently the intention is for most modern browsers to drop support for HTTP entirely in the not-too-distant future. See for example https://blog.chromium.org/2023/08/towards-https-by-default.html. Chrome already blocks some downloads over HTTP connections and down-ranks HTTP sites.
